A small birthday celebration, a romantic dinner for two, or perhaps even a marriage proposal? Understanding the occasion helps us set the right tone. 2. Your Culinary Preferences Do you already have an idea of the menu theme or BBQ style? Examples include a Journey Through the Mediterranean, a Spanish tapas evening, or an Argentinian BBQ. 3. Menu Suggestions by Our Private Chefs Based on your chosen theme, our available private chefs will create menu proposals, always taking allergies or intolerances into account (such as lactose intolerance). 4. Fully Customisable Menus No menu is set in stone. All proposals are coordinated with you and can be modified, refined, or expanded entirely according to your taste. 5. First Cost Estimate Once the menu is defined and we know the location (island zone) where the chef will be cooking, the private chef can estimate the required working hours, including travel time, and provide an initial cost indication. 6. Ingredient Costs Food costs may vary significantly depending on your selections (for example, red snapper versus lobster). Our private chefs source vegetables, fruit, fish, and meat primarily from regional Spanish producers, subject to availability. 7. Final Billing The final invoice is based on actual working hours, including: Preparation time, transport of additional cooking equipment to the villa or finca (e.g. paella pan with gas burner), on-site service time, travel expenses, purchaset of ingredients.

Food costs are charged separately and settled according to the original purchase receipts.
