What a fantastic find! From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Renarta and Anna who had stocked the fridge with a large selection of cold drinks, very welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble. We were given local information and even driven around to local restaurants and supermarkets. The house is situated in a lovely residential area and is very private and secure. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away and you can also reach the town on the same path which takes 10-15 minutes. Santa Eulalia is lovely with an excellent selection of fabulous restaurants and a daily indoor food market. The house was enormous with each of the 5 bedrooms having its own bathroom. The views are spectacular and the outside spaces vast. We particularly loved the pool which was wonderfully warm all day.

Die ausgewählte, exklusive Immobilie "Villa es Pins" können wir für größere Gruppen & Familien wärmstens empfehlen. Als wir mit unseren Freunden durch das Tor auf das Grundstück der Villa Shangri-La fuhren, waren wir alle überwältigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man sieht weit über das Meer und abends ist die Bucht mit dem Yachthafen von Sta. Eulalia wunderbar beleuchtet. Die Villa bietet traumhafte Ruhe und vor allem viel Platz und Möglichkeiten, sich auch zurückzuziehen. Mein Mann wollte zum Schluss kaum noch „vor die Türe“, weil er hier alles vorgefunden hatte, was er sich vorstellte. Die Vermieterin Ana Maria ist eine äußerst angenehme Person und sehr fürsorglich. Am Anreisetag standen sogar schon frisches Obst, Getränke und weitere Kleinigkeiten in der Küche. Ehrlich gesagt, wollten wir überhaupt nicht nach Ibiza und ließen uns dann - Dank der sehr guten Beratung – überzeugen, dass nicht nur Mallorca schöne Seiten anzubieten hat. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke vielmals für alles!

Yes. Every luxury villa in Ibiza is personally visited and inspected by us, including its facilities, location and service. This is the only way we can guarantee that everything meets our high standards.
May I also hire a luxury villa for an event, such as a wedding or a business retreat?
Absolutely. Many of our villas in Ibiza are ideal for weddings, anniversaries, private events or retreats. We can also assist you with organisation, catering, music and scheduling.
What is included in the rental price?
That depends on the property. Many luxury villas already offer staff, breakfast service, cleaning or transfers included. We provide you with transparent information about all included services, additional costs and optional extras.
Is there a minimum stay for the villas?
During the high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights usually applies. Exceptions may be possible during the low season or for last-minute enquiries.Please feel free to contact us.
How does the booking process work?
After receiving your enquiry, we will clarify all details with you personally. As soon as we have received binding confirmation of availability from the owner, you will receive a provisional reservation confirmation and, after payment of the deposit, the booking confirmation.
