About this Villa

Villa CASES N9 – a holiday home on Formentera with plenty of space and style Villa CASES N9 is one of four spacious holiday homes (N9, N15, N31, N58) on a private estate on Formentera. The complex is completed by five further, smaller CASES. All houses were built to a high standard in 2009 and offer modern comfort in an authentic, traditional island style. The individual CASES differ only in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Typical of the architecture are thick natural stone walls that keep the indoor climate pleasantly balanced. A central double fireplace and lovingly crafted architectural details such as original bathroom window elements reflect the unmistakable charm of Formentera. Compared with the four-bedroom CASES (N22, N28, N34, N35, N52), Villa CASES N9 stands out for its particularly generous layout: Three comfortable suites are located in the main house, while two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom are housed in a separate annex. The two buildings are connected by an inviting veranda – a lovely place to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances, the cosy living area with fireplace and the outdoor area with BBQ zone, terrace and al fresco dining area create the perfect setting for a relaxed holiday for everyone. Custom-made fittings in iroko wood and natural stone underline the Mediterranean feel and make Villa CASES N9 an exclusive retreat for your dream holiday on Formentera.
